*Salary:* 30,000 40,000 per month

*Working Days:* 6 Days a Week

## Job Description

Langma International is looking for a dynamic, creative, and result-oriented *Marketing & Public Relations Executive* to strengthen our brand presence and communication. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and content writing skills, media awareness, and the ability to execute innovative marketing and public relations strategies.

## Eligibility Criteria

* Master's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

* Strong interpersonal, presentation, and networking skills.

* Knowledge of social media management and digital marketing strategies.

* Prior experience in content writing, branding, or public relations will be preferred.

## Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute marketing and public relations strategies to enhance brand visibility.

* *Create high-quality content* for social media, websites, blogs, newsletters, brochures, press releases, and promotional campaigns.

* Write compelling marketing copies, advertisements, event promotions, and official communications.





* Manage and grow the organization's social media platforms through engaging and creative content.

* Coordinate with media houses, influencers, educational institutions, and external partners for promotional activities.

* Organize events, seminars, workshops, campaigns, and branding initiatives.

* Build and maintain positive public relations while representing the organization professionally.

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance, and prepare analytical reports.

## Desired Skills

* Excellent *content writing, copywriting, and editing* skills.

* Creative thinking with solid storytelling abilities.

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, and social media platforms.

* Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts will be an added advantage.

* Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
