Job Overview

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Telesales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in outbound calling, lead conversion, and customer engagement. Candidates with strong communication and convincing skills will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain products/services and generate sales.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Update call records and customer information in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.





Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 12th Pass.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, or Outbound Sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic English communication preferred.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
