Job Purpose:

- To lead the Finance and Accounts function by ensuring seamless financial operations, statutory compliance, effective working-capital management and timely financial reporting.
- The role will also establish robust financial processes and controls, monitor project-wise financial performance and lead the Finance and Accounts team.

Role & responsibilities

- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions).
- Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
- Cash flow analysis and working capital Management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
- Handle monthly, quarterly and yearly financial closing process and provide periodic financial MIS to the management.
- Finalization on Books of accounts as per Indian GAAP. Ensure compliance with all relevant financial and regulatory requirements, including Taxation on, GST, accounting standards, and FEMA.
- Working Capital Management.
- Oversee external and internal audits, liaising with auditors for accurate and Timely Completion of audits.




- Preparation of Product-wise, customer-wise, vertical-wise profitability position statement.
- Preparation of all financial Reporting materials and metrics for internal Reporting, MIS for Board of Directors, and Auditors.
- Participate in Budgeting activity in alignment with the company's strategic plan. Monitoring & analysing monthly/quarterly financial results against budget.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in Finance and Accounts within an EPC, engineering, infrastructure or project-based business is required. Experience in water-treatment projects will be an added advantage
- Proven working experience as Accounting Manager
- Strong computer skills and well versed with Tally ERP
- High attention to details and accuracy
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to meet specified timelines for compliance filings.
- Be adaptable to change management
- Possess strong domain specific knowledge
- Excellent coordination and collaboration skills.
