• Job Description:

• We are seeking an Architect with 4 or 4+ years of qualified experience to join our team. The

candidate will be responsible for architectural planning, design development, coordination, and

execution of projects from concept to completion.

• Key Responsibilities:

Lead architectural design and project execution for residential / commercial / industrial projects

• Prepare and review drawings, layouts, BOQs, and specifications

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams

• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards

• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress and quality

• Manage timelines, approvals, and project documentation





• Provide design guidance and mentorship to junior architects

• Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture

• 4+ years of relevant experience in architectural design and execution

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and MS Office

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Ability to handle multiple projects independently

• Preferred Skills:

• Client-facing experience

• Experience in mid -large-scale projects

• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities

• Salary:

• As per industry standards / Negotiable based on experience
