Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented BFSI Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of BFSI hiring, excellent sourcing capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for BFSI roles across Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, NBFCs, and Insurance.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified BFSI professionals.

- Understand client and business hiring requirements and deliver suitable candidates within defined timelines.

- Negotiate compensation and manage the offer rollout and onboarding process.

- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.

- Build long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers.





- Stay updated on BFSI industry trends, hiring practices, and talent availability.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience with a focus on BFSI hiring.

- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.

- Strong knowledge of BFSI roles, job market trends, and recruitment strategies.

- Experience using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience hiring for Banking, NBFC, Insurance, Wealth Management, Investment Banking, or FinTech roles.

- Solid networking and candidate relationship management skills.

- Excellent sourcing and headhunting capabilities.

- Analytical mindset with strong reporting and documentation skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
