Senior Government Sales Executive - Delhi

About the Role
Arihant Enterprises, a sister concern of Aadinath Peripherals & Consumables, is looking for a Senior Government Sales Executive to lead and grow our government business out of the Delhi office. This is a senior, largely independent role for someone who already owns a book of government/GeM business - responsible for winning large-value tenders and bids, managing key government accounts, mentoring junior team members, and shaping the company's GeM/B2G sales strategy for the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate brings an established network within government procurement circles and a strong track record of closing high-value IT hardware deals with government, PSU, and defense buyers.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the government/GeM sales strategy for the Delhi-NCR region,



taking full accountability for revenue targets and account growth.
- Independently manage and grow relationships with senior procurement officers, department heads, and key decision-makers across government, PSU, and defense entities.
- Identify, evaluate, and win large-value government tenders and bids for IT hardware and electronics products (laptops, desktops, servers, networking equipment, peripherals, etc.).
- Track and interpret changes in GeM policy, government procurement guidelines (GFR, CVC), and category norms, advising leadership on their business impact.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Deep, hands-on expertise with the GeM portal - bidding, RA strategy, catalogue management, and order
processing at a senior/strategic level (mandatory).
- Strong command of IT hardware products and specifications (laptops, desktops, servers, networking,
peripherals), with the ability to advise clients on solutions.
