We are looking for a skilled Team Leader to join our team at HRD Diamond Institute Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in jewellery grading and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and supervise a team of jewellery graders to ensure high-quality output.
- Develop and implement effective grading processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar role in the jewellery industry.
- Strong knowledge of jewellery grading principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Solid analytical and decision-making skills.
- Experience working with diamond jewellery is an added advantage.
