- Resolve international customer queries over calls.
- Interact with customers for resolving billing issues.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
Preferred candidate profile
- Atleast 1 year international BPO experience in voice process
- Graduation not mandatory
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Flexible working in rotational / night shifts
