About the Role

We are expanding our payment ecosystem team and looking for candidates with strong experience in:

- Merchant onboarding
- Payment gateway onboarding
- MID activation
- Merchant approval
- Payment operations
- PSP/TSP ecosystem coordination

This role focuses on onboarding enablement, payment partnerships, merchant activation, and operational coordination across the payment ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive merchant onboarding and activation lifecycle
- Coordinate MID onboarding and merchant approval processes
- Work closely with onboarding, operations, and risk teams
- Support onboarding escalation and merchant enablement
- Coordinate with payment gateway and ecosystem partners
- Assist in onboarding process optimization and operational coordination
- Support high-volume digital merchant onboarding
