Job description

- Manage, monitor and oversee eCommerce returns and Seller Protection Fund (SPF) claims process across all ecommerce marketplace portal.
- Develop and Maintain relationship with external selling platforms and technology service providers to reduce returns and processing time
- Streamline return technology integrations; create and improve warehouse processes related to returns operations including in-warding, processing and reinstating
- The role works with the Head of eCommerce operations and works very closely with selling platforms (e.g., Myntra, Flipkart), WMS/OMS , logistics aggregators, business teams, warehouse operations, finance and merchandising team
- Reduce D2C eCommerce returns with close coordination with Merchandising, Operations and Selling platforms.
- Create and streamline SPF claims processes, improve data visibility.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience in e-commerce industry Returns/Operations

Excel skills is required

Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
