Job Description

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with 2 to 6 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment for the US market. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working with direct clients, implementation partners, or staffing agencies.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and follow up throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer discussions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Work closely with account managers and clients to fulfill hiring requirements within deadlines.





Required Skills

- 2 to 6 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of US IT technologies and recruitment processes.
- Experience with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
- Knowledge of US work authorizations (US Citizen, Green Card, H-1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in US night shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with direct clients or implementation partners.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
