As part of its expansion into intra-city logistics, Alt Mobility is building a technology-enabled platform that provides fast, reliable, sustainable & EV-based transportation solutions for businesses across Delhi NCR.
Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executives to drive merchant acquisition for Alt Mobility's logistics platform. The role involves identifying and onboarding businesses with regular logistics requirements, promoting our delivery solutions, and building long-term relationships with customers.
This is a field-based role that requires regular market visits, customer interactions, and business development across assigned territories in Delhi NCR.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire current merchants by daily market visits across assigned market clusters.
- Promote Alt Mobility's logistics solutions to retailers, wholesalers, distributors, SMEs, and local businesses.
- Onboard merchants onto the Alt Mobility platform and assist them with the onboarding process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to drive repeat business.
- Educate customers about the platform, booking process, and available logistics solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities through field prospecting and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of merchant interactions and customer information.
- Gather market insights and customer feedback to support business growth.
