We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager with a solid Civil Engineering background to lead and manage the Base Build package for a prestigious Microsoft IT Campus project.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end construction management of the Base Build works.
- Oversee civil, structural, architectural, and infrastructure activities.
- Monitor project schedule, quality, safety, and cost performance.
- Coordinate with client, design consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, statutory requirements, and HSE standards.
- Manage progress reporting, risk mitigation, and project governance.
- Drive timely delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 12–18 years of relevant construction management experience.
- Proven experience in large commercial, corporate campus, IT park, data center, mixed-use, or high-rise projects.
- Strong understanding of Base Build construction, project controls, contracts, and stakeholder management
