Role & responsibilities

Manage sales in the assigned territory.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Handle distributors and maintain strong business relationships.

Visit retailers regularly to generate orders and improve product availability.

Expand the retail network by adding recent outlets.

Drive primary and secondary sales.

Ensure proper merchandising, visibility, and execution of promotional activities.

Monitor stock availability and minimize stock-outs.

Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer feedback.

Coordinate with distributors to ensure timely order fulfillment and product supply.

Submit daily sales reports and market updates.

Preferred candidate profile

2-10 years of FMCG General Trade sales experience.

Experience in distributor handling and retail market coverage.

Strong knowledge of primary and secondary sales.

Experience in merchandising and visibility execution.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
