Roles and Responsibility

- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and continuous improvement.
- Implement and maintain Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and Safe Agilist practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes using Agile principles.
- Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation plans, and status reports to track progress and performance.
- Coach team members on Agile principles, best practices, and techniques to enhance their understanding and adoption.
- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines, quality, or budget.

Job Requirements

- Strong knowledge of Agile principles,



Scrum framework, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and version control systems like Git.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify areas for process improvement.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and effective communication.
