HR Manager Study Abroad

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee the Human Resources function for our Study Abroad division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, performance management, and ensuring a positive workplace culture while supporting the organization's growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction of employees.
- Handle employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate performance appraisals, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee welfare programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.




- Work closely with department heads to meet hiring and manpower requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3–6 years of HR experience; experience in the Study Abroad, Education, EdTech, or Overseas Consultancy industry will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
