Role & responsibilities .

Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces

Regularly update prices, inventory, and product descriptions

Handle order processing, returns, and respond to customer queries

Coordinate with delivery partners and ensure smooth dispatch

Track sales data and suggest actionable improvements

Preferred candidate profile

1 to 3 years of experience in handling e-commerce platforms

Robust knowledge of MS Excel, listings, and basic online tools

Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills

Good communication and time management
