Job Description for L3 Network resource for Delhi site

- Provide support for Datacenter network infrastructure and resolve complex network issues.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting for routing, switching, and network security issues.
- Manage core network components including routers, switches (Cisco & Aruba) , firewalls Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA, Hardware load balancers (F5, Citrix ADC) and WAF.
- Support datacenter network technologies such as Spine-Leaf architecture, Core Switch configuration and VXLAN.
- Network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, Zabbix).
- Lead incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem management.
- Participate in network capacity planning and upgrades.
- Routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, IS-IS
- Switching: STP, RSTP, MSTP, VLAN, VTP
- NSoC: DDoS mitigation techniques
- Support DR drills, failover testing, and change management activities.
- Bachelors degree in IT/Computer Science or relevant field.
