- Lead current product design and development activities from concept to SOP.
- Manage tooling design, fixture design, and gauge design.
- Prepare, review, and maintain design data, drawings, and documentation.
- Validate designs through testing, trials, and design verification.
- Identify and resolve design failures, manufacturing issues, and field feedback.
- Evaluate cost impact of design changes, ECNs, and revisions.
- Analyze material, tooling, process, and conversion costs
