• Deep hands-on expertise with Jira Cloud (Software & Service Management).

• Strong experience designing complex workflows, schemes, and issue hierarchies.

• Proven experience implementing Advanced Roadmaps / Jira Roadmaps for portfolio

planning.

• Working knowledge of Jira Align or similar enterprise agile portfolio tools.

Automation & Extensibility

• Advanced experience with Atlassian Automation (rules, triggers, conditions, smart

values).

• Experience building or extending Jira functionality using Atlassian Forge.

• Familiarity with REST APIs and integrations across Atlassian products.

Portfolio & Executive Reporting

• Strong experience building executive-level dashboards and reports.

• Ability to design reporting that communicates business outcomes, not just delivery

metrics.





• Experience with cross-project rollups and portfolio reporting.

Enterprise Delivery Experience

• Experience delivering enterprise-scale Atlassian implementations (multi-org, multi-

team).

• Ability to design solutions that balance standardization and team autonomy.

• Solid understanding of Agile, SAFe, and enterprise delivery models.

Required Experience

• 812+ years of experience working with Atlassian tools.

• 5+ years designing and implementing enterprise Jira solutions.

• 3+ years supporting portfolio-level or executive reporting.

• Demonstrated experience working directly with VP and executive stakeholders.
