Position description: To Assist Zonal Commercial to control /manage zonal commercial operations

Primary Responsibilities: Assist Zonal Commercial Head in all his duties

Petty cash handling and cash verification

Maintenance of bank account and bank reconciliation

Submitting daily petty cash report to HO

Accounting and payment of travel claims - sales team as per policy

Accounting and payment of other zonal expenses

Accounting and payment of freight bills

Full Final settlement of RSemployees working in zone

Off Roll manpower salary and expenses payment

Accounting and payment of CFA bills as per agreement

Destruction of damaged goods and processing of claims .

Market visits/audits based on requirements

Collection of BBND and despatch MIS from depots
