Role Overview:
We are looking for self-driven Recruitment Consultants with prior experience in a recruitment agency. The ideal candidate must be capable of handling mandates in both IT and Non-IT sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordination, and closing.
- Should have experience in Blue Collar hiring





- Engage with candidates professionally and negotiate offers

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal tools

- Maintain detailed Excel trackers and candidate documentation

- Prepare reports and summaries using Word and PowerPoint

Requirements:

- 1 to 5 years of experience in a recruitment agency

- Proven experience handling IT and Non-IT mandates

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- Self-motivated and able to work independently
