Role: Generative AI Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Python and Generative AI Engineer with 4-8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Machine Learning, and Agentic AI frameworks. The role involves building scalable AI solutions, integrating enterprise data sources, and delivering intelligent automation using modern AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python.
- Build Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and embedding models.
- Design and implement AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize LLMs for enterprise use cases.
- Integrate AI applications with REST APIs, databases, and cloud services.
- Build prompt engineering strategies and optimize model performance.
- Develop Machine Learning models for predictive analytics and intelligent automation.
- Work with structured and unstructured data for AI applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and CI/CD practices.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AI applications in production.

Required Skills:





- Solid proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (OpenAI, Llama, Mistral, Gemini, Claude, or similar).
- Hands-on experience in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, Weaviate, or Milvus.
- Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar Agentic AI frameworks.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI model evaluation.
- Experience with Machine Learning using Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Good understanding of embeddings, semantic search, and document processing.
- Experience in API development using FastAPI or Flask.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with AI model deployment and MLOps.
- Knowledge of NLP techniques and transformer architectures.
- Experience with monitoring, observability, and AI governance.
- Familiarity with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Exposure to Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
