Responsibilities

- Implement RetailPOS ERP at customer locations.
- Configure POS, Inventory, Purchase, Warehouse, Finance, and related modules.
- Collect, validate, and migrate customer master data including items, suppliers, customers, pricing, GST, and opening stock.
- Execute SQL queries to validate data and troubleshoot implementation issues.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before go-live.
- Install and configure POS peripherals including printers, barcode scanners, weighing scales, and customer displays where required.
- Train end users including cashiers, store managers, warehouse staff, and accountants.
- Support customers during go-live and post-implementation stabilization.
- Document implementation activities and coordinate with Development, Support, and Customer Success teams.
- Travel to customer sites for implementation, training, and support.

Requirements

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, Business Administration, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 1-2years of experience in ERP implementation, POS software, retail operations, warehouse operations, or technical support.
- Strong SQL knowledge is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Positive understanding of retail business processes including billing, inventory, purchasing, warehouse operations,



and stock management.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot software and data-related issues.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Flexible to work during customer go-live schedules, including weekends or extended hours when required.

Technical Skills

Preferred

- Experience with ERP, POS, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or Inventory Management Software.
- Knowledge of GST and retail billing.
- Experience in supermarket or warehouse operations.

Salary

15,000 25,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
