Key Responsibilities

As head of the CRM function, the candidate will be expected to study & learn, unless already qualified, features of industrial furnaces (Walking Beam, Pusher, Mesh belt, Rotary, Roller Hearth, SQF, PGC, Bell, etc) & their role in Heat Treatment, Powder Metallurgy & processing of Energy Materials & Minerals. & managing associated documentation.

- Fluency in spoken & written contemporary English
- Succinct communication for full understanding by international associates.
- Pleasing demeanor that evokes trust & stability
- Travelling at short notice with zero hesitation.
- A sound understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals.
- Ability to interpret Autocad & Solid works drawings
- Expertise in MS office suite especially Excel.

Management of marketing functions

- Handling customer RFQ & tender documents
- Plant sizing for required capacity
- Estimation and preparation of bill of quantities
- Zero base costing / clean sheet costing.
- Costing of the BOQ
- Submitting techno-commercial offer to customer.
- Documentation that facilitates MIS & follow up.
