- Carry out marketing study to ensure demand of type and capacities of machine
- Obtain and analyze customer feedback
- Analyse the customer complaints and take prompt action to attend within committed time

Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for marketing of the product
- Keep pace with development in relevant field
- Collection of payment and tax related document from customer
- Will be over all responsible for providing services to the customer such as
-Erection & commissioning the equipment supplied
- Attend to the complaints received from customer
- Prepare service reports and provide to the management
