We are looking for an experienced RCM- AR Follow Trainer to design, develop, and deliver training programs for Revenue Cycle Management processes. The role involves training new hires, upskilling existing employees, and ensuring high-quality process understanding across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training on end-to-end RCM processes (Front-end, Mid-cycle, Back-end).
- Conduct new hire training, refresher sessions, and process updates.
- Prepare and update training materials, SOPs, and knowledge documents.
- Assess trainee performance through tests, mock calls, and evaluations.
- Identify training needs through TNI/TNA (Training Need Identification/Analysis).
- Monitor trainee performance post-training and work with operations for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to client requirements, compliance standards, and quality metrics.
- Support transition and onboarding of new processes.
- Collaborate with QA and Ops teams for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of US Healthcare & RCM processes
(Eligibility, AR, Denials, Charge Entry, Payment Posting, etc.)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Experience in training delivery, content creation, and facilitation.
- Good understanding of adult learning principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
- Ability to manage classroom & virtual training sessions.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of overall experience in RCM
- Minimum 2+ years in RCM training function
- Strong experience in current hire training.
