- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain ITSM solutions on ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement automated workflows using ACLs, HRSd, Prompt Engineering, REST APIs etc.
- Troubleshoot issues related to ITSM processes and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for IT service management.
