This position includes: A Sr integration consultant is ultimately responsible for the implementation of new EDI file feeds when existing employer customers have decided to contract with a current vendor. This includes, but is not limited to, Benefit Catalog products, SSO, Admin Services, ACA, Benefit Restructuring Services, and employer eLinks. Our employer customers span across Enterprise, Large, SAP, and Mid-market clients

Job Profile:

• Evaluate customer requests to determine if existing solutions can be leveraged or if a new solution would be required • Facilitate technical discovery sessions, standard integration and functionality overviews,



and implementation project meetings with customers and carriers • Understand a customers integration needs and position the appropriate integration solution based on those requirements • Maintain technical file requirements and work closely with the engineering dev team to implement any code changes • Coordinate and execute a thorough testing plan to ensure a high-quality standard • Partner with internal teams, including Platform Solution Specialists and CSMs on plan build, employer business rules, member eligibility, etc. • Triage and resolve issues identified during the testing effort • Act as a subject matter expert for our global counterparts • Effectively manage project timelines and milestones in order to meet service-level agreements • Responsible for obtaining customer and internal sign-off and ensuring a smooth transition of integrations to ongoing production support
