- Manage accounts receivable (AR) processes, including invoicing, billing, and collections.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in AR aging reports to ensure timely payment from customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement effective OTC strategies for B2B clients.
- Analyze financial data to optimize cash flow and reduce bad debt.
Job Requirements :
- 5-15 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field.
- Solid knowledge of OTC (Order-to-Cash) cycle management.
- Proficiency in managing large volumes of customer transactions.
