Reporting To: Head of Marketing

Experience: 3 to 8 Years

Location: Hyderabad (Travel across all Fernandez Hospital units)

Key Responsibilities

Community Engagement & Partnerships

- Identify, approach, and onboard RWAs, gated communities, apartment associations, schools, and community organizations.
- Build long-term relationships with community leaders and resident committees.
- Develop annual engagement plans for assigned communities.

Physician Referral Development

- Identify and engage GPs, family physicians, and referring doctors.
- Promote Fernandez Hospital's specialists and women's health services.
- Maintain engagement through visits, CMEs, and relationship initiatives.
- Track referral trends and strengthen physician engagement.

Community Programs & On-ground Activation

- Execute health camps, antenatal sessions, wellness initiatives, pediatric talks, vaccination drives, and preventive health programs.
- Organize school outreach, retail activations, and pharmacy partnerships.
- Coordinate with clinical, nursing, operations, and marketing teams.

Lead Generation & Business Development

- Generate qualified leads through community engagement and physician referrals.
- Monitor follow-up and conversion outcomes.
- Identify new partnership opportunities.





Relationship & Partnership Management

- Support onboarding documentation and renewals.
- Maintain regular engagement with partners.
- Serve as the primary contact for community and physician partners.

Reporting & MIS

- Maintain databases of RWAs, physicians, and partners.
- Track partnerships, referrals, events, leads, and conversions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Recent RWA/community partnerships
- Growth in GP referral network
- Community activations executed
- Leads generated
- Lead-to-patient conversion
- Partner retention
- Program satisfaction

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree. MBA preferred.

3 to 8 years of experience in healthcare marketing, physician relations, community engagement, BTL marketing, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare business development.
