Job Role: International Voice Process - US Healthcare

Job Location: Hyderabad

Eligibility:

- Intermediate (10+2) or Any Graduate
- Not Eligible: B.Tech, Diploma, and Postgraduates
- Freshers from 2023,2024, 2025 & 2026 pass-out batches are preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions for international healthcare clients.
- Resolve customer queries professionally through voice support.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards.
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions.

Required Skills:





- Excellent verbal communication in English.
- Strong grammar, pronunciation, and sentence formation.
- Good interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Ability to resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a quick-paced environment.
