Job Title: 5th Axis CAM Programmer ( Mazak and Grob)

Location: Hyderabad - Tuniki Bollaram

Department: Engineering

Experience Required: 5 to 8 Years

Education: BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (NTTF, GTTC)

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop CNC programs using CAM software (Hyper mill 5 axis & Power mill) for

Turning, 5-Axis Milling, and 5 Turn-Mill machines (Mazak).

- Interpret 2D/3D models, engineering drawings, and GD&T; to create accurate

machining strategies.

- Select tools, cutting parameters, and machining sequences to ensure optimal

eiciency, surface finish, and dimensional accuracy.

- Support production team during initial part prove-out and troubleshoot any

machining-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 58 years of hands-on experience in CAM programming - Hyper mill 5 axis profile

finishing and CNC machining operations.

- Robust knowledge of machining processes including Mazak Turn milling, Milling 5

Axis.
