An Oracle functional consultant ready to own end-to-end solution delivery across supply chain, manufacturing, and procurement modules. The role requires deep functional expertise and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud/EBS configurations, business processes, and seamless cross-functional workflows.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle EBS Functional Consultant specializing in Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), Procurement (PRO), Manufacturing (MFG), and Material Requirements Planning (MRP). The ideal candidate will lead business requirement gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, and deployment across Oracle E-Business Suite supply chain and manufacturing suites. The role involves collaborating closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and end-users to deliver high-quality functional solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support for Oracle EBS modules: Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), Procurement (PRO), Manufacturing (BOM, WIP), and Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
- Conduct business process analysis, requirement workshops, and gap-fit analysis with key stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into comprehensive functional design documents (FDDs), setup documents, and process flows.
- Configure application setups, define master data structures, and manage profile options, lookups,



and flexfields across supply chain and manufacturing modules.
- Collaborate with technical teams (PL/SQL, APIs, Interfaces) to design custom solutions, reports, and data migration strategies.
- Design and execute comprehensive test scenarios, user acceptance testing (UAT), and user training sessions.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve day-to-day functional production support issues efficiently.
- Participate in patch analysis, system upgrades, system testing, and rollout activities.
- Ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices, standard Oracle flows, and compliance guidelines.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12/R12.2 functional implementation and support.
- Deep domain expertise and configuration knowledge in core supply chain and manufacturing modules: OM, INV, PRO (PO), MFG (BOM, WIP), and MRP.
- Proven experience in full-lifecycle implementations (Requirement Gathering, Design, Build, Testing, Go-Live, and Post-Production Support).
- Strong understanding of end-to-end order-to-cash (O2C), procure-to-pay (P2P), and plan-to-manufacture business cycles.
- Experience writing functional specifications for custom developments, interfaces, conversions, and extensions (CEMLI).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication, client-facing, and presentation skills.

Preferred Technical & Cross-Functional Exposure

- Familiarity with SQL and PL/SQL for troubleshooting and data validation.
- Integration experience with external systems, legacy applications, and third-party logistics (3PL) platforms.
- Experience working in remote, fast-paced global delivery environments.

Qualification:

- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
