Experience: 2–5 Years

Location:Hyderabad

Notice Period:Immediate to 15 Days

Mode Of Work:Work From Office Only

Responsibilities

- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve application issues.
- Track, update, and follow up on incident and service tickets until closure.
- Monitor dashboards and verify application health/status.
- Communicate issue status, escalations, and progress to stakeholders.
- Validate reported issues and coordinate testing after fixes.
- Maintain documentation, status reports, and support logs.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues in line with agreed SLAs.
- Execute DB queries to identify the issue whenever required.

Required Skills





- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Experience using ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).
- Ability to monitor dashboards and validate application status.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Banking or financial services domain experience is preferred.
- Basic understanding of application support and incident management.
- Domain knowledge on Loan Origination and Management Systems.
