Job Summary

The Deputy General Manager (DGM) Projects is responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and ensuring the successful execution of multiple construction projects. The role includes overseeing project execution, resource planning, material and manpower management, site coordination, project profitability, client coordination, and timely project completion while ensuring quality and safety standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Project Execution & Coordination

- Oversee and coordinate multiple construction projects from start to completion.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Clients, Consultants, and subcontractors.
- Ensure timely completion within budget, quality, and contractual requirements.
- Resolve site-related issues and monitor project progress.

Site Monitoring & Visits

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, quality, safety, and project schedules.
- Conduct review meetings with site teams.

Material Management

- Monitor material planning, availability, and utilization.




- Coordinate with Procurement and Stores for timely material supply.
- Minimize material wastage and ensure effective utilization.

Manpower Planning & Recruitment

- Assess manpower requirements and coordinate recruitment with HR.
- Arrange and deploy manpower to project sites.
- Monitor workforce productivity and utilization.

Project Handover

- Ensure projects are completed as per specifications.
- Coordinate inspections, documentation, and smooth project handover.

Reporting & Documentation

- Collect and review project progress, manpower, and material reports.
- Submit consolidated reports to Management and maintain project records.

Meetings & Coordination

- Conduct project review meetings and attend client and management meetings.
- Coordinate with Procurement, HR, Finance, Planning, Billing, and Accounts for effective project execution.

Note: Willingness to travel across India is mandatory.

Age Limit: Up to 52 years.
