- Should have extensive experience in methodologies like WateFall, VnV, and Agile Etc.
- Experience in agile is a must
- Positive understanding of complete STLC (software Testing Life Cycle)
- Should be well versed with Requirements Elicitation
- Preparation of test scenarios in line with requirements
- Should be well versed with test case designs for different test phases like regression, SIT, ST and UAT
- Test case peer review
- Well versed with all phases of software testing
- Hands on with test environment preparation and test case execution
- Defect reporting
- Identification of automatable test scenarios
- Experience with functional automation tools like UFT / Selenium is a must
- Test Summary Report preparation
- Work closely with the Development team for fixing of the defects
- Documenting Lessons Learnt Best Practises and socialize
- Should be able to Communicate well with Test Lead / Manager
- Excellent Analytical and problem solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Sound interpersonal and team working skills
