Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PEGA Developer with 7-9 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-grade PEGA applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in PEGA PRPC platform capabilities, workflow automation, case management, integrations, and application modernization. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and implement PEGA-based enterprise applications and workflows
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to solution design and technical strategy
- Develop scalable and reusable PEGA components, case types, data models, UI, and business rules
- Configure and customize PEGA workflows, decisioning, integrations, and reporting capabilities
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand functional and technical requirements
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to PEGA best practices, coding standards, and guardrails




- Develop and support REST/SOAP API integrations with enterprise applications and third-party systems
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely defect resolution and performance optimization
- Support deployment activities, release management, and CI/CD implementation processes
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to project teams
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos
- Ensure compliance with security, performance, and scalability standards across the application landscape

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 7-9 years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on PEGA development expertise
- Solid experience with PEGA PRPC platform and case management frameworks
- Experience in PEGA application development, workflow automation, and business process management
- Proficiency in PEGA rules, flows, activities, sections, harnesses, decision tables, and integrations
- Strong understanding of PEGA architecture, guardrails, and performance optimization techniques
- Experience with REST/SOAP web services and system integrations
- Familiarity with relational databases, SQL, and data modeling concepts
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in geographically distributed teams
