In this role you will –

In BU CFA - Experience Studies and Analysis

- Perform analysis of actuarial data, including preparing experience analysis support and documentation
- Perform data extraction, validation, and analysis by converting large system datasets (SAS) into actionable Microsoft Excel-based insight
- Perform studies, monitoring, and analysis of large data to support business decisions
- Support automation, including preparing business requirement documents
- Support assumption governance
- Migrate calculations to new platform, update centrally managed assumption inventory, manage the UAT process, and create data visualization dashboards

Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills (ability to prepare and present results)
- Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel skills; proficient in SAS and other Microsoft applications
- Programming knowledge, (SQL/ Snowflake, Python - preferred)
- Experience with data validation, testing, and governance processes

- Analytical Skills

- Detail oriented and well organized
- Analytical mindset, strong problem solver with math or analytics background

- Operational Skills

- Knowledge of life insurance and annuity products (preferred)
