Key Responsibilities
* Own and develop features within generative AI projects
* Mentor junior engineers and support their development
* Participate in design and architecture decisions for AI systems

* Document technical designs and code for maintainability
* Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
Requirements
* 4+ years of experience in AI or machine learning roles
* Proven track record of delivering successful projects independently
* Strong understanding of generative AI technologies and frameworks
* Experience with software development methodologies and practices
* Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
* Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git
* Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms
Preferred Qualifications
* Demonstrated expertise in AI or machine learning applications
* Some experience in a leadership or mentorship role
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
