Role & responsibilities

- 8+ years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Lead Agile projects and ensure successful delivery of business and technology solutions.
- Manage and deliver multiple projects, coordinating across clients, teams, and resources.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, business users, and development teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
- Leverage Microsoft technologies, including SharePoint, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and Power BI, to support business process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and drive Agile best practices as a Scrum Master.
- Identify project risks, resolve complex issues, and recommend effective solutions.
- Prepare business documentation, user stories, functional specifications,



and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Ensure high-quality project delivery while maintaining strong stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Experience & Skills

- 8+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years as a Business Analyst/Project Manager.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and Power BI.
- Scrum Master experience with a robust understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and global teams.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality solutions.
