Vilas Business Solutions (VBS) is an engineering services organization providing design, engineering, and technology solutions to global customers across automotive, industrial, and manufacturing domains. We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to lead our Finance & Accounts function, ensuring financial discipline, statutory compliance, business partnering, and strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

- Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Monitor actual performance against budgets and analyze variances.
- Present monthly MIS, financial dashboards, and business insights to leadership.
- Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and profitability reports.

Accounting & Financial Reporting

- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards.
- Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Banking activities.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, Professional Tax, and other statutory regulations.
- Coordinate statutory, tax, and internal audits.
- Liaise with auditors, bankers, consultants, and government authorities.
- Ensure timely filing of all statutory returns.

Treasury & Cash Flow Management

- Monitor daily cash flow and working capital requirements.
- Manage banking relationships and fund utilization.
- Optimize cash flow and investments while minimizing financial risks.

Payroll & Employee Benefits





- Review payroll processing and statutory deductions.
- Ensure compliance with employee benefits, gratuity, insurance, and other statutory obligations.

Internal Controls & Risk Management

- Develop and strengthen internal financial controls.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and audit recommendations.
- Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Business Partnering

- Work closely with HR, Operations, and Business Leaders.
- Support pricing decisions, client/vendor commercial negotiations, and contract reviews.

Team Management

- Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.
- Establish SOPs and continuous process improvements.
- Drive automation and digital transformation in finance processes.

Required Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory
- Bachelors degree in commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- MBA (Finance) will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 10–12 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience in Engineering Services, IT Services, Manufacturing, or Consulting organizations preferred.
- Experience in handling statutory audits, taxation, budgeting, MIS, and financial planning.
- Experience managing end-to-end finance operations.
