Project Role: Custom Software Engineer

Role Summary:
We are looking for an AI-Ready Java Full Stack Developer to build scalable enterprise applications using contemporary full-stack technologies and AI-assisted development tools. You will leverage AI copilots and LLM-based coding assistants to accelerate development, testing, debugging, and documentation while following engineering best practices. The role focuses on integrating AI capabilities into applications rather than building AI models.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack enterprise applications.
- Build backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop responsive frontend applications using React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, CodeWhisperer, etc.) for faster development.
- Integrate REST/GraphQL APIs and AI services into enterprise applications.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)-based features where applicable.
- Work with SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud-native technologies.




- Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and CI/CD implementation.
- Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot.
- Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Amazon CodeWhisperer, or similar.
- Understanding of AI concepts, LLMs, and RAG integration.

Eligibility

- Experience: Minimum 3 years
