Nihaan Energy Pvt. Ltd. is a leading EV Charging Infrastructure company specializing in the design, supply, installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of AC & DC EV Charging Stations across residential, commercial, corporate, institutional, and public charging networks.

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled EV Charging Infrastructure Engineer to join our growing team.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, install, test, commission, and maintain AC & DC EV charging stations.
- Prepare electrical layouts, Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), BOQs, and technical documentation.
- Diagnose and resolve charger, electrical, networking, and communication issues.
- Attend service calls promptly and ensure timely issue resolution with minimum downtime.
- Coordinate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and OEMs to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Monitor charger performance through CMS platforms and perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Conduct site surveys and recommend electrical infrastructure requirements.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and quality procedures.
- Coordinate with DISCOMs, contractors, and statutory authorities whenever required.
- Prepare installation, commissioning, maintenance, and service reports.
- Support project execution from planning to handover.
- Maintain inventory of service tools, spare parts,



and accessories.
- Deliver excellent customer support while maintaining high service standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Good knowledge of AC & DC EV Chargers, electrical systems, MCCBs, MCBs, RCBOs, panels, transformers, and cable sizing.
- Hands-on experience in installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of EV charging stations is preferred.
- Knowledge of electrical drawings, SLDs, BOQs, and site execution.
- Familiarity with EV Charger CMS/OCPP platforms will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent communication in English and Hindi.
- Willingness to travel extensively for project execution and service support.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Valid driving license with own two-wheeler is preferred.
