Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Service Delivery Manager to lead the Record-to-Report (RTR) function while providing operational leadership and governance across the Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Order-to-Cash (OTC), and Record-to-Report (RTR) towers.

The role will be responsible for ensuring effective service delivery, operational excellence, governance, compliance, stakeholder management, and continuous process improvement across Finance Shared Services. The incumbent will directly lead transition and transformation initiatives, support ERP modernization programs including SAP S/4HANA implementation, and work closely with Senior Managers and executive leadership to drive business objectives.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in global finance operations, shared services management, financial controllership, audit compliance, process transformation, and people leadership.

EMEA OR UK OR Europe project experience Mandatory.

Chartered Accountant (CA) Required
