Role Summary:
The Financial Counsellor is responsible for guiding patients through treatment costs, explaining available packages, insurance and payment options, and ensuring a seamless financial counselling experience while supporting the hospital's revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Explain treatment estimates, packages, and payment options to patients and their attendants.
- Counsel patients on insurance, cashless, and reimbursement processes.
- Coordinate with doctors, billing, TPA, and front office teams for smooth patient processing.
- Support the conversion of advised surgeries and procedures through effective patient counselling.
- Address patient queries related to treatment costs and financial processes.




- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with hospital policies.

Eligibility:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in patient counselling, healthcare, hospital operations, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Solid customer service orientation with the ability to build trust and communicate confidently.
