Roles & Responsibilities

- Execute internal road works earthwork, GSB, WMM and wearing course as per approved drawings and specifications
- Set out road alignment, levels and cross-sections in coordination with the layout plan and villa plinth levels
- Supervise cutting and filling, ensuring proper layer thickness, moisture and compaction
- Supervise GSB and WMM laying — material quality, spreading, watering, rolling, thickness and surface finish
- Ensure road levels tie in correctly with villa driveways, plot entrances, kerbs and drain inverts
- Coordinate with plumbing, electrical and drainage teams so that underground lines, sleeves and duct crossings are completed before road layers are laid
- Arrange and monitor field tests (density, moisture, gradation) and maintain quality records
- Plan daily manpower, machinery and material requirements; coordinate material deliveries within a constrained site
- Take site measurements, get them verified and signed by the Project Manager, and record in the measurement book
- Prepare RA bills and subcontractor bills, submit for approval and follow up on certification
- Maintain daily progress reports, level sheets and site documentation




- Supervise labour and subcontractors; control wastage, material pilferage and machinery idling
- Manage site access and internal traffic movement so that ongoing villa construction and any occupied units are not disrupted
- Protect completed road stretches from damage by construction vehicles and follow-on trades
- Enforce safety, dust control and housekeeping within the community

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 2–5 years' experience in road works; experience in gated communities, townships or layout development preferred
- Hands-on experience with earthwork, GSB, WMM and bituminous/paver block work
- Working knowledge of MoRTH specifications and IRC codes
- Able to take levels and operate auto level / total station
- Familiar with field tests — FDD, proctor, gradation
- Experience in measurement books, RA billing and subcontractor bills
- Comfortable coordinating with multiple agencies working simultaneously on the same site
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Excel
- Local candidates from Hyderabad or willing to be stationed at site
