Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced PEGA Developer with solid Production Support and SQL skills to support, maintain, and enhance PEGA-based applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in handling live production issues, performance tuning, and collaborating with business and technical teams to ensure application stability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 production support for PEGA applications
- Analyze and resolve production incidents, defects, and service requests
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes
- Work on PEGA application enhancements and minor development
- Handle SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and issue resolution
- Monitor application performance and ensure SLA compliance
- Coordinate with QA, DB, Infra, and business teams
- Support deployments, releases, and post-production validation
- Maintain documentation and support knowledge base
