Job Title: Interior Site Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of residential and commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality workmanship, and delivering projects within the committed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day execution of interior fit-out works at project sites.
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, false ceiling, flooring, and polishing teams.
- Ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions before execution.
- Coordinate with designers, project managers, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure quality control and finishing standards throughout the project.
- Manage site materials, inventory, and timely procurement requirements.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues effectively.




- Maintain daily progress reports and communicate project updates to the management team.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain site discipline.

Required Skills

- 0-1 year of experience in interior site execution.
- Hands-on experience in residential and commercial interior projects.
- Good knowledge of modular furniture installation, false ceiling, painting, flooring, electrical and plumbing coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret interior drawings, layouts, and BOQs.
- Strong planning, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Valuable communication and client-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and email for reporting.

Qualification

- Diploma / ITI / Any Graduate (Relevant experience preferred)
