General duties:

- Ability to work efficiently and take responsibility for the allotted work
- Compliance with document process/policy and process (leave policy, attendance policy, discipline, personal presentation and grooming)

Specific duties:

1. Support participant recruitment and scheduling for Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), and Key Informant Interviews (KIIs).

2. Coordinate with schools, parents, teachers, healthcare providers, and government stakeholders for study-related activities.

3. Conduct or co-facilitate FGDs and interviews as per approved study protocols.

4. Obtain informed consent/assent and maintain all study documentation as per ethical requirements.

5. Maintain detailed field notes and documentation during data collection activities.

6. Audio-record, organize, and securely store qualitative data collected during FGDs and interviews.

7.



Transcribe and translate interview and FGD recordings from Telugu to English as required.

8. Ensure completeness, accuracy, and quality of collected qualitative data.

9. Assist in coding, thematic analysis, and preparation of qualitative data summaries.

10. Participate in regular debriefing meetings and contribute to interpretation of findings.

11. Support preparation of reports, presentations, and dissemination materials.

12. Maintain participant tracking logs and study progress records.

13. Coordinate travel and logistics related to field activities.

14. Report field challenges, deviations, and participant concerns to the Principal Investigator.

15. Works closely with: Research Team, Clinicians, Program Managers, School Personnel, Government Stakeholders, and Community Participants.
